This interesting stone building is 15,400 square feet and was built by one of the founders of Seymour, Texas in 1896.  It stayed in many generations of the family and was purchased by this estate in 1992.  She lovingly renovated the building into her home upstairs and a retail store upfront downstairs and shop in the back downstairs.  She filled it with antiques from the 1800's through the turn of the century.  This curated collection will now be offered at Auction.  We tried to take as many photos as possible to give you an idea of what will be included.  Take a look and then make plans to come to the Auction of the year!
